Are you seeking effective pain management and muscle rehabilitation? The MuscleFLO TENS Therapy device might be your solution. This safe and non-invasive device utilizes Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) technology, which has been widely recognized for its ability to alleviate various types of chronic pain and muscle discomfort.
Usage Instructions:
Initial Charging: Charge the TENS unit for up to 10 hours before the first use.Electrode Setup: Connect the electrode cables to the output sockets at the bottom of the unit. Attach the pads to the cables by snapping them on.
Preparation: Wipe the intended skin area with a damp towel to remove body oil, cosmetics, or dirt. Remove the protective film from the pads and place them on the skin without overlapping. Warning: Never place two electrode pads together to avoid electrical short.
Power On: Slide the On/Off switch to turn on the unit.
Warning: Avoid moving or touching the pads during use to prevent strong stimulation. Mode and Intensity Adjustment: LCD displays Mode 1 by default with a 20-minute timer. Press the M (Mode) button to change modes. Adjust intensity using the +/- buttons for channels A and B.
Time Setting: Press the T button to set the usage time. Each press increases time by 10 minutes. The device auto turns off after the set time, but can be restarted if needed. Long press the T button to lock the screen. Relax and Enjoy: Sit back and experience soothing sensations .
Power Off: To turn off during stimulation, slide the On/Off switch to “Off." Storage: Before storing, cover electrode pads with the protective film.
FLO Tens Pro Operating Procedures:
1.Attach the output code to the massage pads.2.Connect the output cord to the controller’s output jack.
3.Use a damp towel to clean the skin where pads are applied, preventing cosmetic or dirt residue. Soiled pads reduce adhesion and usage time.
4.Peel off the protective film on the pads, avoiding putting pads together during use to prevent shortcuts.
5.Apply pads to desired body areas. Avoid moving or touching them during use to prevent strong stimulation.
6.Turn on/off button on the left; LCD screen displays with small flashing hands pointing at mode 1. ‘T’ sets the state to 20 minutes.
7.Six icons on the screen; press “M” to change icons, each with four built-in modes. Press the middle key to choose A/B channel. Increase intensity as it resets when changing modes.
8.Press “+” to strengthen power, “-” to reduce. Twenty grades available; choose power based on comfort. Maximum power is recommended for optimal results.
9.Press “T” to increase time in 20-minute increments. The standard time is 20 minutes; adjust on screen if needed. Maximum daily use is one or two times for the same area. Adjust settings if fatigue occurs.
10.Turn off the device using the switch.
11.Remove pads, cover them with protective film, and store the massager. Never connect headphones or touch the USB port during use. Only connect the charger, ensuring it complies with EIC/EN60601 standards.

Our PowerFLO massage gun is super lightweight and can be transported easily and subtly due to its size and weight. Because the item is powered by Lithium-ion batteries, it may only be transported in carry-on luggage.
Can I upgrade shipping?
Depending on your required result, we recommend using your Muscleflo for a minimum of 30 seconds to a maximum of 3 minutes per muscle group.
